Loading basics
- Distribute weight evenly; put heavier items low and toward the center.
- Leave a clear path to the door so the unit can be closed and later unloaded.
- Use straps or bracing for items that can shift during transport.
- Do not exceed what you can safely move — ask about prohibited items before packing. Current policy details are available by contacting us.
Before pickup or warehouse transport
Keep the door approach clear of vehicles and debris. Confirm the unit is closed and ready for retrieval. If the unit will move to climate-controlled warehouse storage, pack so contents stay stable during transport.
