We deliver a steel unit to your site. You load it. We can keep it on-site, store it in our climate-controlled warehouse (when the unit type allows), or move it to another address, then pick it up when you are ready.
You load and unload your contents. SOS delivers, retrieves, stores, and relocates the unit — we do not load or unload for you. Review the loading guide before delivery day, and confirm driveway access on your estimate.
No. An estimate is never a reservation. It is a planning figure. Scheduling, inventory, and final pricing are confirmed separately by SOS.
Some requests return an online planning total when we can calculate one. Others need staff review for access, distance, timing, or unit type. Some jobs are unavailable online and need a call. In every case, an estimate does not reserve a unit or date.

Common portable sizes include 16×8×8 and 20×8×8 exteriors, plus a 24′ office/storage option for customer sites. Warehouse monthly storage is not available for the 24′ office unit.
Yes — when the unit type allows. Keep it on-site, or have SOS retrieve a loaded 16′ or 20′ unit for climate-controlled warehouse storage and redeliver later. The 24′ mobile office is customer-site only.
Measure from the trailer tongue to the furthest rear point, including propeller or swim platform. Length is stored in inches. Boat storage is under the SOS brand at North Coast Indoor Storage (NCIS) in Euclid and uses a separate pricing model from portable containers.
Boat storage at NCIS is priced by measured length. Request an estimate or call for confirmation on your boat — final pricing is confirmed by SOS.
Greater Northeast Ohio across Lake, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties. Availability varies by address — confirm with your ZIP or an estimate. Indoor boat storage is at NCIS in Euclid.
Outdoor and RV storage are not advertised here. Ask us directly if you have a special request.
